1. What do I need to rent a bike?
You should be 18+ and you need a valid document (passport, ID or drivers license) to leave as a deposit after signing the rental contract.
2. What is the rental contract about?
In simple words, you take full responsibility of the hired bikes and equipment.
3. What does it mean?
It means we would like you treat our bikes well, as you treat your own. If you abuse, damage or break them, you have to pay for the repair.
4. What in case of lost or stolen bike or equipment?
According to the rental contract, you have to pay for a new one.
5. Should we clean the bikes before return?
No thanks, enjoy the ride, we will take care about cleaning.
6. What about prices and discounts?
We want you get the best for your money at our rental. In case you find elsewhere a better deal for the same kind/quality of bikes/equipment, give us the proof and we will gladly give you an even better price.
7. What about the payment?
All payments in cash in Croatian Kuna, prices in Euro approximative, just for information.
8. What do I get when I rent bikes at Rental Center?
You get bikes in perfect shape and working condition, free locks, free helmets, free tire repair kits and free local maps with bike routes, useful tips and information, our phone number in case of trouble, a big smile and a great thanks!
9. How long may I keep the bike?
As long as agreed on the contract. If you wish to keep the bike for longer, no problem, just please let us know in time (phone, mail, stop at the shop…), you will pay the difference at bike return.
10. What to do in case the bike fails or a flat tire?
If you are close to our shop, please bring the bike, we will fix it immediately or will change the bike.
If you are far from our shop, and you can’t find a solution – contact us, we will come on the spot and solve the problem fixing it or giving you a spare bike.
11. How to order a bike delivery?
It’s simple. Check our website, choose what you like best, contact us and schedule a bike delivery. If urgent, we will do our best to bring you all the stuff ASAP.
12. Do I need to book the bikes in advance?
We have a large stock of 200+ bikes and a large stock of equipment as well, so usually we have promptly available all what you need. Anyhow, if possible it’s better to book in advance in order to be 100% sure you will get all needed.
13. How to book bikes and equipment?
Simply check our website, choose what you like best and contact us. We accept bookings for 4+ days rent for up to 10 bikes, for larger orders please contact us. To book for less than 4 days please contact us or visit at our shop a day or two in advance.
14. What if I have a problem with the bike?
Contact us, we will do our best to solve the problem ASAP fixing the bike or giving you a new one.
15. What in case I'm dissatisfied with the bike or the service?
Our primary goal is customer satisfaction, so please don’t hesitate, tell us, we will do our best to fix the problem immediately.
16. What if I’m very satisfied with the service?
